Positive: The Hotel is on the beach
Negative: -The room was listed as an annex on Booking, but it was completely on the other side, but it was also part of the hotel grounds. Unfortunately, it was unhygienic, with a lizard running around every day. -It was the first time I've experienced having to pay for a safe(4€ per day). Safes have always been free before, and in a hotel with beach access, personal belongings are supposed to be secured. -The pool was dirty with sand on the inside, and even the color of the water was cloudy. -The dishes in the restaurant weren't perfectly clean, meaning every second one wasn't clean. That's not fun after a while. -Chaise longue next to the pool was not cleaned and remained as it was left by people the day before
Summary: It was not bad, but I won’t go again there.

Positive: We had a fantastic time at the resort! The lush greenery and abundant palm trees made for a beautiful and clean environment. We were very impressed with the excellent food and the wide variety of choices available. It was also great to see so many activities for both young children during the day and for families in the evening, with options like karaoke, live music, and comedy shows. Nice sandy Beach.
Negative: While we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, a few key interactions left us feeling disappointed. I had a very uncomfortable interaction with a lady staff member at the beach bar. There was a misunderstanding about the use of sugar and spoons, the staff member was yelling and shouting at me because I used the sugar and spoon for staff use, without knowing. The situation was handled unprofessionally and made me feel disrespected. We also encountered an issue with housekeeping forgetting to leave towels in our room which we did understand,( some times load works and others factor like tiredness …). After calling the front desk to request new towels, they were never delivered. This left us without fresh towels for the duration of the evening and we had to use the beach towels which they were sandy and dumped. Also, We recognize that mosquitoes are to be expected in such a beautiful, green environment, but it was a noticeable issue during our time here. A suggestion: despite the lovely food, not all the food was labelled. It would be nice for the staff to labels the meat as not everyone eat pork.
Summary: Very Nice Resort but some staff need to do more to keep the resort reputation

Positive: Good place, next to sandy beach, a few minutes away (by foot) from Malia city centre. Not far from airport( Heraklion) about 30 minutes by car. Good personal, nice, clean teritory, room service - good, Bravo animation team ( especialy main cheff-super!). Only 30min by car to aquacity.
Negative: The drinks from bars ( soft drinks) sometimes looks like only sugar with water, not very tasty.

Positive: +All inclusive comprehensive list of beverages +Balcony with amazing view on both swimming pool and beach +Spacious room and really nice bathroom +Very close to Malia main street but far enough to don't hear the noise. +3 different pool and different bar locations +Bar staff very kind and quick, despite being so busy +Food was OK especially meat and Greek food, fish was often dry and overcooked. +All inclusive benefit continues after the check out +Focus on sustainability
Negative: -The key card wasn't working and every day we had to go to reception to ask for it to be redone despite not having the card close to metal, very annoying -The Room was never cleaned properly, very often the cleaner didn't pick up the glasses from the room waiting for pile of 10 of those before picking it up, the floor was always sandy, pretty sure the bed sheet has never been changed as the same red spot was there for the duration of our stay, and towel was changed only if you leave it on the floor and sometimes not even replaced. They would randomly miss one of the towels when replacing too. -Staff at reception wasn't really kind, and they never suggest any activities or excursion. When asked something they were always having a condescending answer. -Late chek-in charged 45€ extra and availability given only on the departure day -taxi from the airport (booked via booking chat) charged 45€, when we left the Hotel (booked at the reception) I was charged 55€, Taxi driver claimed that these extra 10€ was for the hotel. I find it very unfair especially because reception hasn't informed us about this extra charge. -the boutique shop accepts card, but prefers cash, said cigarettes and stamp in Greece cannot be bought with card??? -beach not very clean -We had an all inclusive but we also wanted to explore Crete so often we missed the lunch, quite surprised they couldn't provide any sort of packed lunch, and only early breakfast
